Company leaders from our lawn care service provider, DOWN TO EARTH, will be our special guests at our upcoming May 20th Devonshire Neighborhood Meeting (4pm at the Clubhouse) to field your questions and address recent concerns voiced by residents (most commonly re: response time to work orders, notification to the homeowner of when work orders are complete, quality of irrigation repairs, lawn coverage, perceived increasing brown spots / dying turf grass, insect and weed mitigation in lawns and bedding areas, shrub trimming frequency / quality, etc)…and to offer helpful advice on what we as homeowners can do to enhance our lawn’s appearance beyond the services DTE is contracted to provide.
DOWN TO EARTH Guests:
- Carlos Abonza- Account Manager
- Tyson Tedder- Agronomics Manager.
- Andrew Davis- Branch Manager
- Bismark Quiles- Irrigation Manager
Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend and participate in this planned open discussion.
DOWN TO EARTH has made clear they are committed to continuing to foster a close long term working relationship with DEVONSHIRE. Their goal is customer satisfaction and delight. Their willingness to have their key company leaders accept our invitation to come and speak with us is evidence of that.
Clear and open communication is the key to everyone being fully informed, our mutual success, and overall satisfaction.
See you there !
