We all owe our Devonshire Board Members…Paul Hannon (who sits on both the Devonshire and Kings Ridge Board of Directors) and Todd Denny (who heads up our neighborhood Disaster Response Team) a BIG THANK YOU…for being so quick in executing and submitting the required formal paperwork to the city of Clermont to have the debris from Hurricane IAN removed in such short order.
Federal Gov’t FEMA funds were made available to pay for the massive clean-up…and neighborhood requests from all over the area are being processed on a first come first served basis.
Paul and Todd had the signed paperwork back to the city literally the same day it was made first available to submit…which is why Kings Ridge / Devonshire were among the first communities to be “cleaned up”.
THANK YOU Paul and Todd !!!

Brack thanks for the update as it means a lot to us that we know that KR is being taken care and I know you had a hand in it as well as Paul & Todd. We hope to be returning in about a week to enjoy our time in Devonshire.

Wow....that is amazing work by Paul and Todd for making the massive clean-up happen. We owe them something for their thoughtfulness and all residents here in Devonshire owe them a huge thank you. I feel all of us in Devonshire need to show our gratitude...maybe we could contribute to two gift cards for Paul and Todd???? I'm ready to contribute...who else will join me????
I would like to thank the Devonshire Disaster Response team and the Board members for the fantastic job that they trained for and executed in preparation for Hurricane Ian. Appreciated the signs to use after the storm for help or if everything was OK. How fortunate we are to have a great team.
Paul Hannon and Todd Denny did a great follow through on completing the paperwork for the City of Clermont and FEMA "first come basis" for the quick clean up of debris left after the storm.
All deserve KUDOS for a job well done.
